Return & Exchange Policy
Overview
At Vyara Enterprises, we take quality seriously. Every order is checked before dispatch. In the rare event that something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Returns — What We Accept
We accept return requests only in the following circumstances:
• The item received is damaged or defective
• The wrong item was delivered (different from what was ordered)
• The item has a manufacturing defect visible upon unboxing
• Uncut and non-edited unboxing video is MANDATORY
We do not accept returns on:
• Items returned due to a change of mind
• Items that show signs of use, wear, or handling beyond unboxing
• Items returned without prior communication and approval from our team
• Uncut and non-edited unboxing video is not available
How to Raise a Return Request
Step 1: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email.
Step 2: Share your order number, a photo/video of the damaged or incorrect item, and the uncut unboxingvideo of the package.
Step 3: Our team will review and respond within 24–48 business hours.
Step 4: If approved, we will arrange a pickup or advise you on the return process. Return shipping charges for approved defect claims are covered by Vyara.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective or incorrectly dispatched items. We will ship the replacement once we receive and verify the returned item. Exchange timelines are 2–3 business days from receipt of the return.
Refunds
If a replacement is not available for an approved return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of return confirmation.
Important Notes
• All claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery — we cannot process requests made after this window.
• Please do not return items without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be processed.
• Shoot an uncut unboxing video of the package.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
