Pre-Order — How It Works

At Vyara Enterprises, we work directly with manufacturers to bring you new designs before they hit the market. Pre-ordering lets you stock fresh, trend-forward pieces at a better price point — before they're available to everyone.

How the Process Works

We regularly curate and share new designs with our retailer network. Once you see something you like:

  • Let us know your required quantity
  • We confirm the exact price, MOQ and lead time
  • You commit your quantity and we begin the ordering process
  • We keep you updated at every stage
  • Once goods arrive, we invoice and dispatch to you

Most pre-orders are fulfilled within 4 to 5 weeks.

In-Stock vs Pre-Order

If a product is available on our catalogue, it's in stock and ready to ship. If it isn't listed or shows as unavailable, it can be placed as a pre-order. Get in touch with us and we'll confirm whether we can source it for you.

Payment Terms

We work on a 50/50 model. 50% advance to confirm your order, and the remaining 50% before we ship. Once a pre-order is confirmed and advance is received, we begin processing immediately.

Please note that the advance is non-refundable once the order is confirmed. We recommend only committing to quantities you are certain about.

What We Guarantee

We pre-order only from manufacturers we have an existing and tested relationship with. This means you can trust the quality of materials, plating and finish on every piece.

That said, since both you and we are working from the same product images at the time of ordering, we cannot cancel orders if the piece simply doesn't match your expectations once it arrives. What we do guarantee is that the design, stones and plating will be exactly as shown.

Exclusivity

We do not guarantee exclusivity of any design. However, we do expect that pre-order designs shared with you are kept within your business and not circulated to other vendors or competitors. We share these with you in good faith and we'd like that trust to go both ways.
