Return & Exchange Policy

Overview

At Vyara Enterprises, we take quality seriously. Every order is checked before dispatch. In the rare event that something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Prerequisite

An uncut, unedited unboxing video of the full package is mandatory for all return and exchange claims. Claims without this will not be processed.

How to Raise a Return Request

Step 1: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email.

Step 2: Share your order number, a photo/video of the damaged or incorrect item, and the uncut unboxingvideo of the package.

Step 3: Our team will review and respond within 24–48 business hours.

Step 4: If approved, we will arrange a pickup or advise you on the return process. Return shipping charges for approved defect claims are covered by Vyara.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective or incorrectly dispatched items. We will ship the replacement once we receive and verify the returned item. Exchange timelines are 2–3 business days from receipt of the return.

Refunds

If a replacement is not available for an approved return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of return confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

In-stock orders You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. If both conditions are met, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

Pre-orders You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund of your advance payment within 12 hours of placing the order. After 12 hours, the advance payment is non-refundable. The remaining balance due at dispatch will not be charged if the order is cancelled within the 12-hour window.

How to cancel To request a cancellation, contact us through the contact form on our website within the 12-hour window. Include your order number in the message. We will confirm the cancellation and initiate the refund within 5-7 business days.
