These Terms and Conditions govern your use of vyarawholesale.com and any orders placed through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

  1. 1. About us

    Vyara Enterprises is a sole proprietorship registered in Andhra Pradesh, India, operating as a B2B wholesale jewellery supplier.

    2. Eligibility

    Our platform is intended exclusively for business buyers — boutiques, independent retailers, and resellers. By registering and placing orders, you confirm that you are purchasing for business purposes and not for personal use. We reserve the right to refuse orders or cancel accounts that do not meet this requirement.

    3. Account registration

    To place orders, you must create an account on our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of fraud, chargebacks, misuse of the platform, or violation of these terms, without prior notice.

    4. Orders and pricing

    • A minimum order value (MOV) of ₹5,000 applies to all orders. Orders below this threshold cannot be processed.
    • All prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes. Taxes will be calculated and added at checkout.
    • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of order confirmation is the final price.
    • We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

​5. Pre-orders

  • Pre-orders require a minimum of 3 units per style.
  • Payment terms for pre-orders are 50% advance at the time of placing the order, and 50% prior to dispatch.
  • The advance payment is non-refundable once the pre-order is confirmed.
  • Estimated lead time for pre-orders is 4 to 5 weeks. This is an estimate and may vary depending on production and sourcing timelines.

    • 6. Payment

    All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, and net banking. Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation for in-stock items.

    In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute raised without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account and recover any costs incurred as a result.

    7. Shipping and delivery

  • A flat shipping fee of ₹80 applies to all orders. Shipping is free on orders above ₹20,000.
  • Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days pan-India.
  • We ship via India Post and Shiprocket. Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays and public holidays.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the buyer.

    • 8. Returns and exchanges

    We accept returns and exchanges only in the following cases:

    • The item received is defective or damaged
    • The wrong item was delivered

    • An unboxing video is required as proof for all return or exchange claims. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us through the contact form on our website. We do not accept returns for change of mind or ordering errors.

    9. Dispute resolution

    In the event of any dispute arising from an order, you must contact us first through the contact page on our website. We will make every effort to resolve the matter within 48 hours of receiving your complaint. Legal escalation should only be pursued if the dispute remains unresolved after this process.

    10. Intellectual property

    The Vyara Enterprises brand name, logo, and written content on this website are the property of Vyara Enterprises. You may not reproduce or use them without our prior written permission. Product images and catalogue content may be used freely for commercial and non-commercial purposes.

    11. Limitation of liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vyara Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order. We are not responsible for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control, including courier failures, natural disasters, or disruptions to third-party services.

    12. Amendments

    We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

    13. Governing law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India.
